Who is eligible for energy tax credits in the state of Oregon?
Homeowners, renters, and landlords are eligible. The Oregon Department of Energy offers Energy Tax Credits for private residents. These credits apply to various items, including appliances, heating and air conditioning systems, solar or wind systems, water heaters, and several others. For qualifying systems, residents may be eligible for up to $1,000 per year.

The Energy Trust of Oregon (ETO) is a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with the major power providers of Oregon: Pacific Power, Portland General Electric, and NW Natural. The ETO has an extensive program offering cash incentives, and in some cases, loans, for private residents and businesses.
