In response to a growing need to consider the larger implications of food choices and understand food's relationship to sustainability, the Northwest Earth Institute (NWEI) is offering this six session discussion course. The course offers people a unique opportunity to gather in a small group to examine the effects of modern industrial agriculture on both human and ecological health. Groups meet in participants' homes and they are a lot of fun! For more information see www.nwei.org. You may join this course or start your own with friends. The cost of the course book is $22.
