High Desert Museum - Healing Power of Plants Exhibit

The healing power of plants plays an integral part in people’s lives throughout the world, even in the arid climate of the High Desert. As civilizations encroach on natural habitats, valuable medicinal plants are disappearing.

This exhibit, in the Museum's Brooks Gallery,  focuses the healing power of plants, their medicinal uses over time, and how we can protect these habitats and the cultures associated with them.
